I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a stunning location. This place is perfect for families with children, especially those who are eager to hit the slopes. The hotel is located in a beautiful mountainous area perfect for skiing and offers a stunning view from the chalets. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially with children. They offer a daycare program with interesting activities, like a traktor ride, that the kids enjoyed. The indoor pool and wellness area are the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing.
The food could be better, especially for the price. The coffee machine had its issues, and some dishes were just not that good.

The location was perfect for those looking for fresh air. the mountain hills and the forest nearby are very beautiful and can offer excellent hiking opportunities. the hotel also offers a lovely indoor pool, which is perfect for family fun time. the daily program for kids is very good and our children had a great time.
Our xmas experience was ruined by the unwelcoming attitude of some restaurant staff members. Their unfriendly demeanor made every mealtime stressful and uncomfortable.

The hotel is located near beautiful mountain hills and forests, perfect for skiers. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet and salad bar are very enjoyable. Some rooms, specifically the two-bedroom apartments, offer beautiful views and are spacious enough to relax in. Families with young children will find the indoor pool, playroom, and outside playground very useful.
The dining experience leaves much to be desired. the food is basic and unappetizing, and the menu choices for children are limited and disappointing.

The hotel facilities were excellent - from the spacious playroom to the indoor swimming pool and wellness area, there was always something to do. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, making me and my family feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the convenient location, as it was close to transportation and parking was easy to find.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
